First few Wreckers rehearsals

We've had our first couple of rehearsals for 'The Wreckers' and it's been a bit of a revelation! The piece is really powerful - both in the message and the melody - and singing it through really clears out the lungs.

Helen seems to be impressed with our progress so far, and I can really feel a sense of achievement in having tackled something so much more complicated than G&S. I thought Grand Duke would be a stretch for us and I'm really proud that we can do even better than that!
