Rehearsals begin on Wednesday 3 February in St Gabriel's Halls in Pimlico, 6.30-9.30pm.

Social Events
Information will be posted shortly on planned social events for the coming season. Please speak to our Social Secretaries, Penny Mullord and Katharine Jacob, at rehearsal if you have any suggestions for future events.
We are already planning a repeat ‘Dream Auction’, in April/May, which has been a very successful event for the society in the past, and is always a very fun evening. At this event, members and friends of the society donate ‘Dreams’ or offers of their services to GLOC, which we then auction-off to help us to fundraise for our summer production. ‘Dreams’ donated on previous occasions have included a huge variety of offers, ranging from the offer of providing a chauffeured trip to a London airport at a time of the purchaser’s choice, to the saucy offer to host an Ann Summers Party for a number of members of the society, to offering a series of French lessons, or cooking a Cordon Bleu meal for 6. Even more generous offers from the past include donating a week in a member's Italian holiday home for the society’s benefit and a solicitor offering to write a Will for the purchaser, which were both very popular lots.
Do start thinking about the skills you have, and what you would be able to offer, or about what you might be able to convince friends and relatives of yours to donate to us – we will welcome all offers. Please talk to us at rehearsals, or contact us if you have any suggestions.
